Following terms and conditions, as well as any other specific terms and conditions applicable to the guest house room or guest house package offer, will apply to your reservation at Aurora Batur Holiday House and shall constitute a legal agreement between Aurora Batur Holiday House and you. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the terms and conditions herein and the specific terms and conditions related to the guest house package offer, the specific terms and conditions related to the guest house package offer shall prevail followed by the terms and conditions herein. We kindly request your willingness to take the time to read them before making a reservation. By making a reservation with Aurora Batur Holiday House, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

    1. If a towel is on the floor, it will be replaced.
    2. During the stay, blankets and towels will be replaced every two days.
  3. Any stains (including blood stains, ink, or permanent stains) will incur a fine.

  1. The kitchen will be open from 8 AM to 8 PM.
  2. Please do not dispose of garbage, oil, or hot water into the sink.(A designated area will be provided for disposing of used oil).
  3. Utensils and dining areas will be cleaned during kitchen opening and closing.
  4. If you wish to store food in the refrigerator, please provide identification.
  5. Complimentary refills of tea, coffee, and drinking water are available.
  6. American-style breakfast will be placed in boxes and labeled according to the reserved room.

  1. Guest Arrival: Upon arriving at Aurora, the guest meets with the Aurora staff and presents their accommodation voucher or ticket.
  2. Voucher/Ticket Verification: The staff verifies the details on the presented voucher or ticket.
  3. Guest Identification: The guest is asked to provide their identification for data purposes. There’s a dedicated folder to store guest photos and data such as vouchers and identification.
  4. Documenting: If necessary, the staff takes photos of the voucher/ticket and the guest’s identification for record-keeping.
  5. Confirmation of Stay Duration: The staff confirms the duration of the guest’s stay and informs them about the checkout time, which is at 12:00 noon.
  6. Room Assignment: The guest is then escorted to their assigned room according to their booking.
  7. Facilities and Rules Explanation: The staff explains the facilities, rules, and regulations of Aurora Holiday House to the guest.
  8. Check-in Completion: After the explanation, the guest is free to continue their activities. The check-in process is considered complete.
  1. Prepare belongings before checkout time.
  2. Ensure not to exceed the checkout time to avoid additional charges.
  3. Request assistance from staff if needed.
  4. Confirm checkout with the staff.
  5. Staff will inspect the room’s condition before the guest leaves.
  6. Inquire about the possibility of extending the stay at least one day before checkout.
